About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making. If you have a passion for solving complex data problems and enhancing customer retention strategies, this is the role for you. As an advanced data analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our customer retention team make smarter decisions today for better performance tomorrow.
What You’ll Do
- Use SQL and analytics tools to extract, analyze, and interpret customer data, providing actionable insights.
- Develop and refine customer segmentation models to personalize marketing and engagement strategies.
- Track key customer metrics, such as churn, retention rate, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team to measure campaign effectiveness and refine engagement tactics.
- Work with the BI team to build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data-driven decision-making.
- Design and execute A/B tests to assess the impact of marketing and product initiatives, providing strategic recommendations.
- Partner with Data Engineering to develop, test, and deploy scalable analytics code.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices in data management and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent business experience).
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, customer insights, or related fields within an eCommerce environment.
- Expert-level SQL skills – ability to write and optimize complex queries and work with large datasets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business or a quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Experience with machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
- Experience working with data engineering teams to operationalize analytics models.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000—$135,000 USD (Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and skills.)
