Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Lead Graphic Designer to join our in-house content team. In this pivotal role, you will create exceptional digital experiences and drive creative excellence across multiple touchpoints, including digital branding, experiential initiatives, and Go-to-Market (GTM) campaigns. Your work will be instrumental in bringing our brands to life and enhancing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

  • Lead the creative direction and execution of eCommerce and Product Detail Page (PDP) designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, user experience best practices, and business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide designers to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions for digital projects.
    Advocate for a design-first approach while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Continuously evolve our brands across all digital design channels to maintain freshness and relevance.
  • Embrace a culture of collaboration and adaptability, adjusting designs as needed to align with evolving digital best practices.

eCommerce and PDP Design:

  • Conceptualize and design visually compelling and conversion-optimized PDPs that highlight product features, benefits, and storytelling.
  • Develop interactive and mobile-friendly eCommerce experiences with a focus on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  • Maintain and refine eCommerce style guides, templates, and design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading design projects, particularly in eCommerce and digital branding.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and user experience.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing design trends and digital best practices.
